01 The story, in three paragraphs

Why everyone keeps coming back.

Nestled in the heart of Paris’s vibrant 5th arrondissement, New Antalya offers an inviting fusion of Turkish and Greek flavors, perfect for lovers of authentic Mediterranean kebabs and grilled specialties. This cozy kebab shop and Greek restaurant on Rue Saint-Séverin is a hidden gem where fresh ingredients and traditional recipes come together to create mouthwatering dishes that satisfy both quick lunch cravings and relaxed casual dinners.

The menu showcases a delightful variety of options, with standout dishes like the Menu Kebab (€9) and the tender Skewer of Chicken (€9) that sizzle with juicy, perfectly seasoned meats. For those seeking heartier meals, the Mixed Grill or the Mixte Mixed Grill (€14 each) offer an enticing assortment of lamb chops, skewers, and savory cuts that promise to awaken your palate. Lamb lovers will appreciate the succulent Brochette Agneau (lamb skewer) and the richly flavored Côtelettes D'agneau (lamb chops), both cooked to tender perfection and beautifully spiced.

The atmosphere at New Antalya mirrors the genuine warmth and simplicity of the Mediterranean dining experience. Customers consistently praise the friendly, respectful staff and the spotless, inviting setting that enhances every visit. One delighted guest, Eduardo M., speaks highly of the kebab’s quality and the respectful ambiance, saying, “Very good! The kebab is great and the place is clean, respectful, nice.” Meanwhile, Anna cherishes the freshness of the pita bread and meat, highlighting the value of getting “good food” for just €7.

What sets New Antalya apart is the harmonious mix of tradition and generous portion sizes, evident in dishes like the chef’s special (€10) and the affordable yet filling classic kebab sandwich (€7.50). The flavors are fresh and balanced, with spice notes that perfectly complement the savory grilled meats. For those who enjoy pairing their meals with classic regional beverages, a creamy yogurt drink “laban 3eiraan” is recommended, though some guests like lama habib mardini mention a slight desire for more pickles or garlic sauce to round out the experience.

If you’re in search of a quick, fulfilling, and honest street-food experience within the Parisian buzz, New Antalya delivers a hearty escape into Mediterranean culinary traditions without pretense. This spot embodies both quality and affordability, making it a must-visit for food lovers eager to indulge in kebabs and grills that truly capture the essence of Antalya on Paris’s charming streets.

This is a good option if you're looking for a quick fulfilling and cheap streetfood in Paris. The doner/sandwich that I ordered had a generous amount of chicken in it and honestly it was decent.

Informal restauran/snackbar/takeaway restaurant. We really enjoyed our dinner here. Food in the Lebanese, Greek, Indian, Turkish and French styles. Everything is fresh and very tasty. You can sit outside even in Winter, covered against the rain. It's nice to see the people walk by on this atmospheric street. Vegetarian options include an omelette sandwich and falafel. Service is friendly and very quick. Prices are affordable. This is central Paris so parking is not easy. But access by public transportation is great.
